Description
I done the tutorial with Photoshop cs2, I don't know if it works with Paint Shop Pro, but I supose that it'll work with other versions of Photoshop.1.- New fill layer: FCFF00. Set to Soft Light, opacity at 80%.
2.- New Adjustment Layer: Selective Color.
Reds: -100/+32/+44/-10
Yellows: -50/0/-26/0
Magentas: -100/-100/-100/0
Neutrals: +12/-35/-98/+1
3.- New Adjustment Layer: Selective Color.
Reds: -57/+33/+21/+37
Yellows: -100/-23/-23/0
Greens: 0/0/0/+100
Neutrals: +100/-12/-22/+52
4.-New Adjustment Layer: Color Balance.
Shadows: +14/+37/+25
Midtones: +20/+12/+7
Highlights: 0/0/-7
5.- New Adjustment Layer: Curves.
Blue:
Input: 173
Output: 187
6.- Duplicate de original image, drag it to the top and set it to multiply opacity at 55%.
Flatten images and you're done

I think that it will not because it has selective colouring, but I don't know 'cause I only now about Photoshop v.7 and up :/

I'm sorry it doesn't work with PSP :/

Nice result.
Just to tell you, since you used selective coloring, it only works with Photoshop version 7 and up. Nothing else.
So it does not work with PSP, or any kind of Photoshop Elements.
