XDProbably the most logical reason why Jet didn't want to learn how to cook!
Btw for those who don't know, Jet has the most disasterous culinary skills on the planet.

Plus Jet's too proud of his hair, he wouldn't look good in a hairnet anyway.

PFFT. I wonder if Jet would even manage to push his hair under one of those. XD And, of course, after spending about three hours in bathroom filling his hair with all kinds of poisons to create the shape it has now it would feel totally waste of time to ruin the hairstyle by pushing the hair to that fabric.

Actually I'm not sure if it runs in the same continuity or not, but in the 70's Cyborg 009 series, the West Side ep (ep #16, I believe), there's a flashback scene where Jet (as a little kid) was hit by a car and had a blood transfusion, it showed him with the same windblown hairstyle he retains today.
But lemme tell you, his hair defies physics in all aspects. He prolly uses 20 cans of hairspray (or styling gel) to keep it up. XD Even when he comes outta the water it still stands.

XD I remember that part of the episode. I couldn't stop laughing any time I even remotely thought about food. Seriously... ask any of my class mates and they'll tell you that I went crazy for a week bursting out into hysterical laughter for no apparent reason.
With all that hair I don't think there would be a hairnet large enough for him. It would be interesting to to see what his hair would look like if he ran out of hairspray. lol I just had a vision of Jet looking like Cousin It from the Adams Family.

Only when he's wet will he look like Cousin It, but it will take 15 pounds of hair gel/styling glue to get his hair back up and spiky again.
