I figured I'd get it done now just so people wouldn't start bugging me for it.

I think the lighting on the final at the bottom is kind of off but who cares

note: this is the orignal, people are trying to copy off of me, I've tryed other peoples tutorials on this and they really suck, this is I think the best and most realistic way on making them.

to get a cooler effect when you add the noise, radial blur it a few times then place it on your planet, get it all set and done, then set the mode to Hard Light, and it will look cooler.
