OMG thank you. So many people are a walking human pharmacy just because our culture shuns legitimate, rightful sorrow.
Sadly, some things that happen in the world are grievous, and therefore should rightfully be grieved.

That's interesting, considering sadness to be healthy. Now that I think about it I'm sure it is. There's so much focus to be always happy and for everything to be wonderful and positive 24/7, I think that is what's really unhealthy.

sadness is as necessary as breathing. It is necessary to have sadness to have joy. You're not human without it.

Totally agree, it's not healthy to suppress any emotion even if it's a "negative" one. Just go with the flow~!
