Excellent work!, I know where you're coming from, there's alot of people in this community (probably the majority) that only doth approve of mainstream tech, what THEY think is art... THIS my friend *IS*... just ignore them, they are the sheep, and we are the wolves. No matter how many they grow, they're still weak and non-selfreliant. .. . Again, an excellent piece of art!

btw the "plastic fire" is awesome and i like it much better than the latest religious stuff...the colors work well. the blending is very good and foremost the motion in this picture is tight

While i don't know about the specifics of your being insulted, try not to make people's comments mean something about YOU. I would hope that most of the time people are talking about your WORK. YOU are not your WORK. It is your expression, but it is not who you are. If people are talking directly about YOU, then ignore them, that is not why you post here (i hope).
Your work speaks for itself. And in your case, it speaks well of your skills, your creativity, and your ability to express yourself. If someone tries to tell you differently, they're likely caught up in their own agenda and can't think clearly.
