because I wanted to do this so badly.I didn't think I was going to animate it though.
but here I am.

And I might as well say this:
Scitt is not a space dandy oc even though i have her with him in this picture. She is my own oc that has her own story that has nothing to do with space dandy. With that in mind, I can honestly say that if they did meet: dandy would probably think she was annoying. Scitt tends to be a bit mouthy and looooovvvee attention.
