Oh, sorry, i forgot :
after setting values, clic on "compile script",
then do the shortcut "Ctrl + s"
(Reshacker automaticaly do a save of the original file...)

Hi!
First, copy your "shell32.dll" (see only in "system32" for 32bit system, also in "syswow64" for 64bit system).
Then open it in "Restorator" or "Resource Hacker" (i personaly use the second one, it's free...).
With Resource Hacker it's very easy : clic on "view", then "find text".
Type "gradient" then "next" & you'll have 3 values to set on that line (see here : [link] ).
If you need white, values will be "255,255,255"...
