Description
The role of Squad 12 is that they work on scientific endeavors for Soul Society; whether it's personal projects of their own or requests made by Shinigami. They are also responsible for studying Zanpakutos of rogue Shinigamis, monitoring hollow movements in Soul Society and the Human World, and any sort of anomalies that might happen. Their barracks is in fact mostly underground, which is where all the labs are, and is the only squad barracks that goes underground as well as only being a single floor. Their captain is Captain Minoru Wakahisa, who is the one that turned Squad 12 to Research and Development.
