Description

On 18Scorpii-4, the animals dominating the earth are mainly over-evolved arthropods, called Arthrovertebrians.

These animals can be classified into 3 categories: HEITAPA or Octopods; SITAPA or Hexapods; and FOTAPA or Tetrapods.

Octopods form a minority class of the animal kingdom. They are in the form of animals in the fused thorax, with only a few remains of thoracic rings on their backs. Their legs are often multifunctional, but some species have pairs of legs adapted to their way of life, for example, legs to dig in moles or clawed paws to maintain a prey.

The Tetrapods form the second major class of the animal kingdom of the planet. Mostly represented by flying animals, their morphological structures are reminiscent of birds and reptiles. In these animals, adaptations of transgressions of the arthropod structure (articulated legs and connected to the body by Coxa), are quite common, such as membranes connecting the hand to the hips, to fly or hover.

Finally, the Hexapods which form the major class of the animal kingdom, present an impressive number of order and families, having various adaptations for survival. Comparatively, these species resemble our mammals or certain reptiles, like the famous Skorpenia dragons. It is also home, that we find the Skorpenians, intelligent and sentient people of the planet.

An interplanetary study is being conducted on 18Scorpii-4, and the research has made it possible to create a first synthetic version of the zoological tree, comprising: polyps; molluscs; arthropods and arthrovertebrians.

Considering the arthrovertebrians are mentioned as "over-evolved arthropods", are they like a subphylum of arthropods or are they like their own phylum?

technically, as described in the description, they are extraterrestrial organisms, having undergone a similar evolution to arthropods ... except that the common ancestors between the arthropods of this planet and the Arthrovertebrians, have undergone two physiological modifications of their organisms ...
some have adopted an exoskeleton and others evolve an endoskeleton (but keeping jointed limbs as exopskeletons).
so to answer your question, on this planet, Arthropods and Arthrovertebrians belong to two distinct phyla, but possess ancestors in common.

neat convergent evolution here!

This is a noice evolutionary tree.

yes and no ... it is a phylogenetic tree, therefore a tree that presents the various life forms of the planet ...

for against I do not understand the expressions "noise", if I translate it in my language, it does not mean anything or it means that this tree is noisy ...

Noice is just a funny way of saying nice as to add another letter to spell it wrong, it's like when some people write De instead of The.
