Description
Garou ( 餓狼 ) ~ literally "Hungry Wolf" in Japanese.Note: From the French "loup-garou," meaning "werewolf." "Loup" means "wolf" (from the Latin "lupus," meaning the same), and "garou" descends from the Frankish "wariwulf" ("werewolf") through a long sequence of typically French sound changes. Japanese word, Garou ( 餓狼 ), means Hungry Wolf. Despite the coincidental spelling, it has no etymological ties to the French word.

A werewolf with the same name was also used for the Vampire D manga series; except he just fought D a couple of times instead of trying to eat him. Interestingly enough, Garou shows up often in the first book as a servant/ bodyguard of the Nobility which was a sect of aristocratic Vampires.

Fantastic- i love every last centimetre of it!
I love the way you used a focusing effect on the wolf, slightly blurring the background (I hope that was intentional )

Oh my goodness, how clever is this..
I'm sure a lot of people have said this, but this pic takes photomanip to a whole new level. I also like the way he's looking away at the moon, it looks like he's been distracted by something.
Great work! And I really mean it!

Absolutely amazing piece of photomanipulation! The fur looks real. Honestly, I'm obviously biased toward Werewolves, however, even if I wasn't, this is still amazing! The setting looks great too! Keep up the good work!

Thanks! He's definitely my favorite werewolf, hands down. I never do any .gif making or animation, but I really wanted him badly for an avatar, so I figured out! : ) I can definitely tell you like Talbain in general from your photomanip/pic. Keep up the sweet manip. work! By the way, any tips for just photomanipulations in general?
