The pose bothers me, lighting ain't accurate, and there're some other minor flaws which I can't fix ^^'

my only gripe are the gold bands.. the rest looks amazing.

ok, to start improving.. we need to see whats wrong..
main things i notice..
different light sources
lack of shadows
perhaps it would help if you created your own; that way you'd be able to limit where the light comes from..

I did create them from scratch from tin cans. I purposely flipped that cuff on his foreleg horizontally coz I was thinking that it should reflect some light from the flame. The light source from the sun on that cuff is blocked by his body.
I have to admit that the lighting on those cuffs are not perfectly accurate, and also shadows on the ground and some parts of his body ^^' In fact I've scrapped this but watchers insisted that it should be in my gallery. I'll do a better version when I'll manage to get the stocks I need.

I visualized it as something much more dramatic, this might look visually pleasing but I'm quite particular about giving the whole piece more tension and to have Nanaki looking more agressive ^^'

If you say it has some flaws I won't argue with you on this field because I'm not good at it, and even if I know something I can't seem to see them. But as I see it it looks absolutelly astonishing: great pose for the body, great details on the skin, tatoos, rock texture, shadows and especially the 'fiery' background. I for one simply love this work.
