Description
This is a work in progress shot of Timothy. Although I'm not fond of my design proportionwise it doesn't matter to me very much as I don't like the real design that much either(I was inspired by somebody else to do this engine)

Great Lego Timothy. I think for a work in progress, this looks rather good .

Haha, thanks! Technically it's not a work in progress, it just hasn't been rendered

OMG, MUCH Better than mine! This actually looks like the TV Series one, with all the correct details and everything I got wrong. I was the one who made the one you saw on SiF, and I think you did a far superior job. An imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I am totally flattered!
I really didn't expect you to try him, let alone any of the other CGI characters.

Thanks! Yes, I tried him because of you but please keep building engines as well. One thing that helps me a lot is building 7 studs wide: I get more details, better proportions and the engine still looks good together with 6 wide stuff. Also the wheel covers look better in 7 wide. That's why I encouraged you to try 7 wide
Do you want the file to see the techniques?
I'm flattered that you like mine
Maybe I'll try some CGI characters in the future, there are so many left to be made
And please, keep building!

Not in LDD, but in real life I'd cut some Lego pins to make it possible

I haven't watched but maybe a few episodes of the old TTTE, but I have a big book with a collection of The Railway Series. The hard cover is gone, but the book is still readable. So I have no idea who Timothy is, but he looks good.

Thanks! I really like the Railway Series, if I remember correctly some season 1 episodes are based on the Railway Series? I don't have much time to watch, but I can tell you that the newer CGI episodes are very good and sometimes even funny! Oliver and Duck returned, and Bill and Ben play their tricks again, so they got that going, which is nice
I don't have too much idea of Timothy either, only that he works with Bill and Ben. I don't like the design too much, as it doesn't fit with the British engines IMO

Yes, Seasons 1-4 were based on the books, with a few original stories thrown in, some as substitutes for episodes that required new models.
Sam-Sanister, Timothy is from the 2014 film 'Tale of the Brave'.
