a quick question.. how do u make a cursor stay the same after reboot?`mine allways turns back to aero-.-

You can try the following...
In the "Mouse properties" go to the "Pointers" tab change the scheme if you have any cursors installed or change 'em manually.
Make sure You save the scheme, if you have changed 'em manually.
Now you will see two check boxes below "Enable pointer shadow" and "Allow themes to change mouse pointers", make sure you have unchecked the second one "Allow themes to change mouse pointers". Apply then OK.
I think it should remain to Your chosen cursor at each startup from now on.

Ah i just forget to ask something different: What software do you use for the cursor? Whan i change the cursors in windows i always have to aplly it after a restart.

I don't use any software for changing cursors, I just change 'em from the Control Panel and I don't have to restart windows it just applies instantly.
Just try the cursors done by , all the cursors have a .inf file which you can right click and then select Install from the menu to install 'em. Once installed You can apply the cursors from the control panel.

What rainmeter skin do you use? If you don't use rainmeter: where do i get the small clock you got on the top and the date on the right side.

I don't use Rainmeter, instead I'm using AveDesk and the clock-date thing is My custom config for AveDesk.
