After her defeat by Raven, Cinder was unconscious for a while. When she came too, she wandered around the forest looking for the nearest village. She was badly damaged so she was in a hurry. She finally saw a village in the distance and walked her way there. But just then, she could feel a presence looming over her. Soon she heard footsteps, from the sound, it was a very big person or creature. Just then she heard the sound of a rocket launcher being aimed at her, along with a terrifying sound. *STARS!* After hearing that, Cinder knew who it was, and why he was here. The monster she heard Wesker talking about with Salem, Nemesis. Since she failed to get the Spring Maiden powers from Raven, Salem only wanted Cinder's Maiden powers, and Nemesis had been sent to capture her. Even if she was at her full strength, she couldn't beat Nemesis. So she had no choice but to flee. She did manage to give Nemesis the slip, but she fell unconscious again.
