I really hope someone finds out all the things in your FNaF comic... I love the ideas, and want to try, but don't have the time. I did follow through to the tumblrs, read the conversation excerpt, and looked at the *** tons of LAZY on one page... But I'm definately not one for decoding, lol. I can't wait to know everything.
(Side note, probably wrong, but the Functional Buttons, Golden doors thing, the tumblr like, and the color coding strike me as maaaaybe a hint towards another link with more information? If it is, I have NO idea how to crack that code without putting more time in.)

Fixed it. I'm lucky it even continued to work, but I see where I made my mistake.
For this one I googled the Playfair cipher after someome mentioned it on e621, read up on it the next day in school, and tackled it today. I knew F/Y were the interchangeable letters because no one makes the typo "oy," especially when being extra particular about what they're writing. I tried so many key words and I ignored FOXY initially because I thought I would have actually had to look for it.

Playfair is excessively more complicated, try googling it up though and see what you can find, there are keys hidden around the comic that tell you how to solve the third cipher using playfair.

I knew the V had to be I because they were singular and capitalized, and I was just gonna do a brute force test on multiple simple ciphers based on the information, but my first guess was a letter shift, or whatever, I don't know what it's called. It's where you shift every letter you write "X" amount of letters forward in the alphabet. You made it even simpler by making "X" 13, so V was I, and vice versa.
