I like the cards 'divided' like that!
I think you need to try something with and obscure or antique card sometime and maybe some rusty barbed wire someday! Ohhhh.... let the wire rust ON the card and drip down onto it! You must have some way of making that happen ... well... more quickly than it would take nature to produce such a result!

thanks, -Lizole- did the dividing on card...which as you mentioned works very well. i do like the idea of having something rust on the cards i work with so i will look into that... the scorching technique i employ at times using the microwave also seems to work well (although this was not used here and really works better on larger cards)
