Here is a work in progress look at my first drawing of 2012This drawing features a portrait of Colin Morgan as Merlin from the BBC series "Merlin"
This is the underdrawing where I have started to establish the likeness and drawing layout.
Drawn with No.2 graphite pencil, 2hb charcoal pencil with white Prismacolor highlights, drawn on Strathmore colored paper
Merlin and all related characters and properties (Including the reference photos used) are copyrighted by the BBC
