History and Backstory:
Alisa or Lady Alisa as her main title is the leader of the exploration/rescue team "Elite Stealth Society". Alisa is known by many as a "very serious and professional leader". So much so that she can be a bit aggressive in her tone, especially to her younger brother, Kite. After giving birth to her daughter, Sydney, Alisa has taken the time to teach her about her psychic powers and eventually, make her either start a team or become a member of her team.
When she first hatched from her egg, she was turned away from her mother (since she didn't like the look of her at first). Because of this, she always wanted to hang out with her father a lot more than her mother. Since then, she looks at him as her idol. During an exhibition battle with her father, she suddenly evolved into an Espeon, which she was completely shocked about it at first. But she slowly over time, she got used to her new body, as she studied up on her Psychic Powers. While on a camping trip, Alisa notices some Slowpoke dripping their tails in the water, which gets her interested in fishing with her own tail. After her mother's death and her father's disappearance, she became more bitter and serious with her work and had to fill in the role as leader of the ESS. That is when she decided to revive the team and started to recruit new members, including her younger brother. Later on, while taking a fishing trip near a waterfall, she sees a Shiny Eevee falling down into the pond, which just so happen to be Clair. She used her psychic powers to lift the Eevee out of the water to prevent her from drowning. Hearing that she can't find her way back home, Alisa made the call that she either survives out in the woods on her own or to stay with her. Clair chose the latter and stayed with Alisa and her brother for a good duration of her life.
