I already came up with a prologue/ chapter 1 (Being beta'd), and an idea for the story.
I'm kind of disturbed since I just realized my plans involve the new cube killing Wheatley behind the scenes to keep you to itself later on, and shoving GLaDOS into her own little cube so she can get a taste of her own medicine and learn to fear incinerators.
