At the risk of sounding like a photoshop newbie, don't brushes have to be in .abr format? If I'm right and these are in .gif format when we download them.... I think I just answered my own question. Just in case though.
Does that mean we have to open the .gif file up in our photoshop then save it as a .abr?
Also thank you very much for the screentones! It's too expensive for a college student/attempting manga-ka to be able to afford buying the packs or buying the things I'd need to do this with on paper.

That didn't work as well as I'd hoped it would...
Each time I try to load it up as a brush it says it's an abr format that isn't supported by this photoshop version...
Any suggestions?
I'm open to just about any.
