I did this using a pen on the outline, then did the colour with watercolour pastels and a wet brush.

Pastels can be tricky, I find the oil ones hard to use personally. These ones are fairly easy in comparison, if you know what you're doing with water based paints to some degree.

I feel bad cause I have a whole box of oil pastels I never use cause I dont know how ;n; oh well, I guess that's a project for another day XP
