Having taken a closing shift at the restaurant she waits, Nora decided to cut through the Pine Ridge park down her walk home. Unfortunately the recent rains have done a number on the park's manicured fields. A few steps off the path and without warning she finds herself slipping into the bubbling sludge hidden below the thin layer of grass confused as she stutters out a weak call for help.
