Is more effective for magic use. Greatly increases MP regeneration.
Yayy. Okay, well the objective of the contest was to design a Keyblade/chain which Sora would gain upon our OC's defeat, if he/she was in the game.

To explain this one... well, Lei's element is bioluminescence, hence the glowies on the blade and the first part of the Keyblade's name. The second part of the Keyblade's name ties in with two things. The first has to do with the fact that some ocean waves (homonyms!) can be bioluminescent, and the second ties in with her history. If anyone can find the history/read it/understand how it fits in, have a cookie.

The rainbow colours represent those on her coat/shoes. Down the thin part of the blade, it says 'L' up the top (in Atlantean script, since Lei is from Atlantis), then '97' going down. At least, as best as I could figure out: I couldn't find what 100 was in Atlantean. xD

The blues represent the fact that she's from Atlantis, and the darker colours on the body represent her darker personality before she became a Nobody. Oh, and the rounded spikes (on the outside of the handle, and at the base of the first spike) are meant to represent the folds on the sleeves of her coat. xD

I think I'm missing something, but I'll add it later if I remember. And any other design tweaks I come up with, too.
