~Timeless~

Time does not exist, yet it is what we all fear losing.

Her body is an hour glass that runs out on me.

I'm tired of living and I want to go home,
I could walk from one end of the hall to the end of time.

I live with all these worries that feel like I'm crossing
a river while wearing a blindfold.

I wear her on my wrist, tick, tick, tick goes the sound
of her heart and I know I've made it another night without breaking a promise.

Now she's on the wall, I notice the look on her face seems disturbed.

Her hands are shaking, hours are flying by, minutes can not keep up,
and seconds are not going anywhere.

I wanted something to take it all away from me, but I'm still terrified of losing it.
