With Season 2, HBO's Viewer Guide has upgraded its map and we finally have an official representation of Essos beyond the Forest of Qohor, apart from the location of Qarth.As far as official maps go, we still do not know the locations of Asshai, Yi Ti or the Summer Isles so I have excluded them from this map. The only creative liberty taken has been with Sothoryos.
The House banners have been taken from user LiquidSoulDesign whose brilliant work is here: [link]
Once again, this map stays completely true to the official maps, except for a tiny creative liberty with Sothoryos.

Your maps of Games of Thrones are very good, in the last week I have being updating my maps, now that are more information, I really like the Games of Thrones universe, I have read five of the six books (never the less I have the sixth book).
Well you are the second user that made the more accurate maps that I could find in the net, when the Summer Island are official, can you add it to the map?

Make a click in the map and you would have a very ditailed (as ditailed as yours) map of Westeros, Esso and the other land, I find it last week when I was updating my maps. I have a map of Westeros of the same author, but this maps is more expanded and more ditailed than the last one.

No process, I make it quite tediously, manually and with a lot of trial and error.

The books' maps show the northern tip of a continent called Sothoryos. I've imagined the rest.

In the map-iphoneapp the summer isles are beneath Westeros. I can't imagine the app not being official as it earns tons of money.

Now I have seen a lot of map representations here on DA, but this one takes the cake with the banners, and color. I have such a hard time keeping everything in track!
I think because this is more representing the seasons, it's okay to not keep the summer isles and such though I think if one was to glance over the maps inside the books, I think George RR Martin actually tells us where they are.
