Description
I'm currently working on a novel set in India, circa 5000 B.C.
Inspired by the many Houses and their sigils imagined by George Martin and their illustrations by user LiquidSoulDesign, I'm trying out similar symbols/banners for the dynasties and groups in my novel.

The Janaka kings were also Suryavansha, for they descended from the younger son of Ikshvaku. They made their homes in Mithila among the Himalaya and formed the Videha Kingdom. I chose their sigil as the sun of their ancestry rising from behind the Himalaya.
