i can't remember if exactly such a scene exists in the series - i just drew this pic out of my head. some similarity of course is intentional but i didn't definitely draw a special scene - just to avoid misunderstands ^^

here's my first wolf's rain fanart!

i watched the series and i love the story!

one of the things i liked most was the relationship between the wolfs in the little pack.

so TOBOE always was the most slowly wolf of the pack because he was younger and weaker than the others.

so i had a picture in my head:

this pic shows a moment when toboe recognizes that he fell too much behind. he suddenly starts running trying to catch up the pack and yelling to tsume , who walks last, to wait for him.
tsume just turns slightly his head looking at the little yerk without showing any sensibility. but his footsteps get unrecognized more slowly to give the little one the chance to catch up.

i wanted to draw this detail to express the relationship between the strong and rough tsume and the small and tender minded toboe.
they're so adorable together x3
