its easy. toph cant see with eyes but with her feet. so she doesnt have to close her eyes. so the angles are gonna think that she can see them which means they wont advance. since she feels the movement in the ground she can win easily.

I think they would stay frozen. Think about it. When Amy had her eyes closed the angels still thought she could see them and stayed frozen. It wasn't until she began acting like she couldn't see (falling on the ground and feeling around for the beeper thingie) that they started to move. Toph wouldn't have this problem. I think she'd win easily.

Hm... this is pretty intersting... if Toph's foot sense thing counts as observing the Angel's are pretty much screwed since her sense is ALWAYS on and if they are made of stone when they are frozen she could just bend them to rubble...
Even if it doesn't if they are always made of stone Toph can still bend them to rubble... Toph would be the best weapon against those things... never seen DW but those Angel's seem scary...

Yeah I think the one unconfirmed fact is whether they're flesh when they move or stone. Then I guess it's a matter of who is faster, Toph or the angels!

IF Toph's seismic sense counts as observing the Weeping Angel's can't move and are quantum locked right? so Toph pwns if they are indeed made of stone if not... Toph is in trouble...

love it and faves... but after serious consideration i think Toph is dead. The only thing stop the angels is if you can see them, Those hideous things move in time and space too... sooo i doubt Toph are capable to feeling after them strike...
