Actually, since she is blind, doesn't that give THE ANGELS the advantage?

But then you have to ask yourself, do they KNOW she's blind? And does Toph's way of feeling vibrations through her feet count as 'seeing'?

Yes they do and not it doesn't.

They didn't know that Amy was blind as long as she acted like she could see. And Toph moves like she's sighted.

I'm pretty sure Toph still blinks though. And I don't care HOW fast her reflexes are. She is NOT fast enough to stop an angel. Furthermore, how would Toph know the angels were a threat until it was too late?

Perhaps, but all she has to do is make them think she can see them for even a moment-- that's when they turn to stone and then she'd bend them apart.

She's a bit violent for the Doctor. Also, Amy at least they didn't quite KNOW she was blind. With Toph it is rather obvious.
