EnglishThe idea for this illustration was to make a retro robot on the surface of the moon. While I was working on it I found out that it wasn't interesting enough so the original illustration ended up as the reflection on the cosmonaut's helmet.

La idea para esta ilustración era hacer un robot retro en la superficie de la luna. Mientras trabajaba en eso me dí cuenta que no era muy interesante así que la ilustración original terminó siendo un reflejo en el casco del cosmonauta.

I really like what you did with this. I can see how it would actually lose the "perspective" view if it was the alien on it's own. You captured the retro in this alright, all the way down to using a USSR Cosmonaut as the viewer of the alien. I'm sure it would have taken the Retro feel away if you had used a different country.

the friendly looking robot......you put it like that and now I feel guilty for robot!
I imagined myself as the scary cosmonaut landing on (for ex.) Mars and walking outside, from the ship and ZONK, alien! I think THAT would be scary...Landing on some kind of planet looking for water, plants etc. and founding alien! or some other form of life...intelligent plant with extra super brain and extra super teeth and extra super bad plans toward me...niahahahaha, does not sound as scary as I though it will...
terribly sorry for my terribly bad english but even if i try it still will be terrible xD niach.

My english is lousy too, but, what if you where a peaceful robot walking around on your almost deserted planet and suddenly some white creature with a mirror for a face appeared before you? uhhhh, spooky!

Poor robot. He saw scary alien! Lol, that would be funny, cosmonaut screaming "aaaaahhhhh alien" and robot doing the same thing xD sounds like scene from comedy movie...;]
