No. As well as her tongue being cut off, Yuki had her eye stabbed dozens of times. She says when she chases you, "gihh ih baccckkk" ( give it back ), and when she captures you, she stabs your eye out.
At one point in the game, you give her her tongue back, but she ultimately wants her eye.
