I've improved enough, it's time for new refs for all my wildlings! So makeover time for Cyg. At some point he remade his leg jewelry into bracers, and at Bateleur's insistence he tried to do something about his flyaway hair. See, he totally fixed it.Since he is based on a swan, I wanted him to molt into adult plumage when he grew up. So on the right is my current take on his black swan adult majesty. I may not end up using it though, because when compared to his baby coloration, it's not quite as harmonious. I tried enbrowning the hair on his grownup self, but then his eyes and jewelry look off...
Either way, this is my first time actually drawing his full body, and I'm please indeed with how it came out.

I definitely prefer the hair colour in the upload! The browns work though the red markings are probably better off white/silver or potentially not there in his adult form?

Yeah, I wanted the red because the swan has a red beak, but I'm not willing to go any darker on his coat so it clashes pretty hard.
Here is his look with no red, and I like it way more. So tasteful. So elegant. So swanful.
