I'd say his head is something like a squashed circle, or an olive turned sideways on a flat surface. Even just a regular circle can work and then attach a rectangular shape to the end of it for his jaw.

Wing Dings Gaster (W.D. Gaster) is a mysterious character who only appears if you hack into the game. There are some videos about him and how to hack the game to make him appear. He used to be the scientist before Alphys, but something happened to him. There are theories that he is Sans and Papyrus' father or brother.
