MAJOR SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED UNDERTALE!So there's a lot of questions and theories going around as to who exactly Gaster is. My personal favorite is that Gaster is Sans' and Papyrus elder brother. I myself have 3 brothers and whenever we're together it's always a blast (not that I don't have fun with my sisters either
). And what else could make this duo more awesome than it is now but to make it a trio?Anyway, I originally wasn't planning on posting anything for a few days, that was until I chanced across this amazing remix of Gaster's theme. I enjoyed it so much I felt compelled to sketch this real quick and post it.

I love how you made each of their eyes have a different feel to it, where Sans' burns faintly with magic fire, Gaster's is acidic, and Papyrus' glows with pride. Clever.

I enjoy this theory myself (though I prefer the Dadster one, personally), and wow, these three are all drawn super well here! I like the way you gave each of them a unique take on their one glowing eye.

Brilliant artwork! I really like the designs you've got going for them here, it's really quite nice.
I have to say, I'm quite partial to the brother theory myself (especially since it's the closest thing to canon - assuming we've been interpreting Toby's hints correctly, that is). There's so little fan art of it, though (which is a bit sad), so I was pleasantly surprised to come across this.

Thank you! The eyes were the most fun part of this drawing. I wanted each brother to relate to each other visually while at the same time differ in their own way. I eventually gave Gaster the "dripping acid" eye effect which I'm very happy you like.

Gaster!Β At first, his theme really creeped me out, but now I like it (especially that version).Β I also like the "older brother" theory, and that he's the one who got Sans interested in timespace travel/anomalies.Β
