Reminds me of Charlotte from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, except that that anime came out in 2011, and this picture was posted in 2009. Therefore, it's just a coincedence.

There's no telling what might happen next; this was somewhat kinda a little inspired by manga like Fuan no Tane which are just short one to two page stories to weird you out with weird things.

"Get over here" is just what anyone will angrily say to a dog or person that they've been looking for, but this particular dog comes to him while leaving its body in one spot.
