One of the hand full of portraits I've ever done.I NEED any tips/hints/critiques/comments anyone has.
JJ Lin is a Taiwanese pop singer. I like him. He's a good singer.

Okay I don't have premium but would like to critique
You have a good eye for composition, this is a great photo for a portrait, The only compositional changes I would make is adding more space on the right side of the portrait, Adding this extra space infront of your subject is more appealing to the veiwer, rather than having it look like JJ lin is examing the boarder of your drawing.
Also I would specifically take time to push your values, I don't know if you were using a pencil with only a lighter lead for doing all the darks shaded areas, but next time using a softer lead on a rougher paper can really make the picture pop.
Your perspective on the fingers was really well done, but you lost the three dimensional feel to it when you started working on the glove, it apppers very flat, the knuckles could have had more shading, or the entire glove had to be very dark.
Overall I think more time spent on the hair and clothing rather than hatching them quickly in would have really made a difference. Other than that, a bit more detail, but that comes with practice. Good luck,
