Ha ya ull never believe this but I was so wrapped up in the artwork that i didn't even see the title. If I would have looked at it then everything would have made much mor since. HEY did any one tell her drugs are bad, ecpecially in the day, thats when cops are out.

This is a good work. There are some things that will really push it forward however.
First of all the shoulders are a bit too chunky, too masculine. Tone them down to something slender, more feminine and with more grace.
The skin tones are chosen well but there are areas where you seem to have completely disregarded the construction of the body. The torso for one, and the ear for the other. It doesn't work well next to the excellently constructed and precise rendering of the face itself. The hair is well done and fits consistently with the rest of the image however.
Composition is good, the pose suits a long vertical crop. The background, to my surprise actually works because of the distribution of light but I think if you wanted it to be a more technically accomplished drawing you would need to put some kind of proper background in there.
You have got a lot of things right, and have great potential. Keep tweaking and experimenting and you'll get there eventually. Good luck!
