So, it's come to this... Walter Sullivan aka. 11121 or Victim 11. The psycho-killer that everyone loves to hate, or hate to love, or love to love, hate to hate... Yeah, pretty much everyone loves Walter anyway. I know I do.....!
So, since he's the one behind all the murders in this game, he wasn't really murdered but he killed himself while in prison. Cause of death: he stabbed himself in the throat with a spoon. Yeah, that's badass! He killed himself so that he could continue the 21 Sacraments, which required him killing himself.
