Description: A race that of green humanoids native to the planet Mars in the Sol system. Their home has been inhospitable to their kind for thousands of years and in most of that time they have been living below the surface where their is still what remains of their once breathable atmosphere. Their technology has always been a slight step ahead of humanity. In our mid 21st century they made their presence known when they started building their first colony on the inhospitable surface.

Now a days (our 22nd century) the Martians are now allied with Humans and both are members of the Explorers Order. They now have many colonies on the surface of Mars with plans to try and terraform the surface.

Martian society has a colonial structure with males and females acting as workers and soldiers with a queen at the heart of every settlement to run things. The Martian race in turn is ruled by a queen at the heart of their society known as the Grand Empress.

The mark on their foreheads in blue is the mark of loyalty. The gold mark on a queen is the mark of purpose. The Grand Empress is given the red mark of fate and those that are banished must bare the white mark of the forsaken.

Biology: Martian antennae are scent receptors. Their green pigment is due to their green blood and muscles.

I'm going to allow others to make their own characters for this race however there are some ground-rules I need to lay out for you guys first.

Credit me and preferably link back to this race sheet.
Don't change the skin colour.
Don't change the colour of their forehead mark unless they are an exiled criminal in which case change it to white.
