Little Lady Lolli
Lolli lives with her bigger sister, Lady Honey Bottom, who hits her because that's how she saw her parents treat each other.
Their parents split for a while, their mother is taking care of them, but works so she never sees her kids, so she never really sees the bruises that Lolli sometimes gets for not cleaning correctly or getting distracted, which is difficult for Lolli because of her slight ADHD.
Lolli has the responsibility of cleaning anything you could think of what could use cleaning in a house. Sometimes if the house is clean enough and if she's not bruised up enough for toons to question it, then she is allowed to fight the cogs only if her sister says yes and only if she is there with her at all times.
If the house is all clean, but she is not decent, she gets a lollipop. And sometimes, she would purposely get hit just so she can't go out.

Ended up running away with Heat Flame, her friend since she was 15 to find a happy place during the end of Toontown for a while, but found herself dying anyway.
