I love this. you've captured the water so that it sorta looks like gel (the one on the bottom anyways). I love it and I especially love macros. There seems to be a lot of water stills in this category, but I like yours the most, maybe because you used only a 1/500 shutter speed which is what I can do with my old camera

many, many people tried to capture such a drop. many did, some did a good job, some failed. you did a good job. perfect focus and shutter, excellent use of light, which gives the water a great color.
the drop itself looks unique, too. these light dots in the background are also interesting. the cropping isn't brilliant, but it's quite all right.
