Why spend money on an IPad Stand when you can use stuff you already have?I haven't used the Lego for many years, and i desperately needed a stand right NOW. So i thought of making my own stand using the lego
. This is a fine example of improvisation!It is surprisingly strong and very stable. The IPad perfectly slides into place securely without scratching it. You can hold-tap the screen (IPad's version of right click) with no issue and nothing is wobbly. Everything is structurally sound like a real IPad case

I plan to get the Otterbox Defender case. The problem is that they only just released it a week or two ago, and therefore is not avaliable in many shops (I don't live in a capital city). I just could'nt "stand" not having a "stand" anymore, so I built one

I have a survivor case for my old 4th gen IPad. I was tempted to stick to that brand, but reviews on the Internet as well as a friend said there's a major design flaw that makes it almost impossible to use the volume buttons properly (this is only for the IPad Air 2). The competitor "Otterbox" released it much later because they did not rush the design. They actually took their time to make sure it is a good quality case

yes it is. I do have a issue though the built in screen protector keeps getting dirty so i have to take it off and clean it a lot
