"Yo, what's up?" ~ Scout TF2
This isn't one of the main maps I've been working on recently; I made it as a quick background for a Source Filmmaker animation, which you can view here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fljU5b…
But, I figured, bit of a waste to keep it to myself after just using it for one animation, so after receiving positive response to the animation on YouTube, I have decided to release the map as well! It's a small, scenic map, which, despite its Aperture setting, was based after the rocket launch control room from the end of On A Rail in the Black Mesa mod.
Map features included:
~ A small server room based after the rocket launch control room as seen in Black Mesa
~ A small hatch in the center of the room that leads to a maintenance tunnel (It was built only for looking towards the ladder, and immediately ends around the bends)
~ A management rail with openable hatches on the entrypoints
~ A small corridor overlooks the server room; it has shelves full of computer cases.
~ The logo on the wall can be disabled with the console, if you want to do that for some reason
