Wow I was just looking at your finished piece and wishing I could have seen your work in progress. I always end up playing with my scan layers at the end of a drawing "Okay... mmkay... better.... better!" So glad you posted this, it's interesting to see how you worked

charcoal hmm^^ i liked that material.. when i was in the 7th grade --_-- i did a portrait of ma mom --_-- well then i stopped drawing for along time like 3 years

Oh, cool! I actually remember hating charcoal the first time I used it. I only started working with it again 2 years ago and found out how much I LOVE it!

Oh goodness, it took me the span of almost 2 months! Whenever life allowed the chance, i'd sit and work on it. A few hours here and there. It was quite like reading a book. Takes a while and you want to finish it, but then you are sad when you read the last 'page'!
