Description
Just wanna add a tutorial of danny hope it helpsFinal work:
-----------------------------------
Images one:
Make a group folder and call it "sketch". (make two layers)
first layer: will be the sketch
second layer: will be the shading
Start out with a 3px or 4px brush and start sketching the image of you choice. (You might want to do quick drawing first to place where everything is)
Images two:
Make another group folder under the sketch folder and call it "color". Just color in the skin and eyes as you see on the second image. (Don't worry if it look messy)
Part two of image two:
Make another group call "background" and place it under the "color" group, I used a skin brush to make the background (you can find some here [link] or here [link] ). You don't need to use a skin brush to make your background I just use it because I can make nice colors blend together nicely.
Image Three:
Again make another group call "Overlay" and this time place above the "sketch" group. (this will be your starting painting of make the painting look somewhat real). The over will hide the sketching lines but don't go over the lines so much we need to keep the shape of the image just as the regular image you'll be using. Make sure to get all the colors nicely in and don't be scared to use different colors like purple or greens it will help the picture stand out.
Image Four:
This is the fun part. The skin brushes I mentioned earlier in Image two will be used here to make the skin look nice and smooth and real
Now make another group call "Skin Brush" Place it above the "Overlay" Group, now seeing Image three match the colors together and blend them, it you want good results make the brush about 34-45% Opacity it help blend the color nice.
Images Five:
Our final Group layer call it "Hair" Place this above the "skin Brush" group, use a 3px to 6px brush and make lines of hair of the image you use to paint.
That's it for the tutorial I help this will be helpful. If you have any questions of concerns please contact me at these places
