Besides the design, which was made so it fits marvelously with the setting, what I like the most is to finally see more ships designs to expand Starfleet in the Kelvin timeline .

That is an interesting ship. It makes me thing of the first Kelvin-verse movie, when the admiral said the "primary fleet" was in another system so they went with USS Kelvin-era ships to help Vulcan. So maybe your ship in the link could be one of the modern designs of the primary fleet?

In the prime verse there never was a Saratoga class.
The Oberth was the main science vessel in Kirk's day
During the Next Generation, DSN and Voyager, the Nova class became the next major science vessel.

To say this incredible piece of art-work is awesome would be an understatement; kjc733 and jetfreak-7 really outdid themselves with this mesh and ortho. I really love seeing this as a 3D model and I cannot speak for anyone else but I really wish we could see this ship on the big screen.
