Well, I said I was going to update again, well, I said tomorrow, that has now turned into a week, sorry
Anyways, eBay shopping bought me to buy this new console!
Well, its not a console, well, it is, well, its a Famiclone.
But this is the most generic Wii Rip off, and resembles it quite well.
Im sorry, it won't be playing Super Mario Galaxy any time soon, I doubt soon at all, probably NEVER!
Anyways, what can I say about this, it has 2 "Digimotes" as thats what they are called, and it comes with a mini Multicart, it really does contain 7 in 1 games, and its like Wii Sports, but, in 16 bit renditions, well, it says 16 bit, but its like 8 bit.
And, the remotes do work with all games, you use it exactly like a wii, but dont get your hopes up, its not so responsive all the time, and they aren't that great.
But, they come close to functioning like the Wiimotes, go Digitron....yay ?
I got this for $5 with one bid, and $8 postage, not bad, its retailed at $40 so if you want one, you may have to go to eBay or import sites!
Or..just buy a wii, I am planning to get one soon!
Also, I have tested with a famicom multicart, yes it does work in the Digitron.
Digitron = Digimon...hmm.......

I got one of these recently with 89 games; 89 FUCKIN' GAMES and none of them could be LJN games.
Plus i live in belgium so it's gonna be hard to find Famicom games.

I saw something like this on this site selling...well...basically selling rip offs. Except it was the MiWi. Other then the name and the console's shape, it looks basically identical to this. I was thinking about getting it but the price was a little high, like $50 or so.

Yeah theres a tonne of these 8 bit/16 bit wii clones around on the internet. I was lucky for what I paid for mine, but for $50 I don't think its worth it, just get a real wii instead

I always thought the Digitron was a direct FamiClone , meaning that it has the exact same specs as a FamiCom , except they use a surface mounted variant and often produce their own games for the hardware
The biggest reason I'd like to buy one of these is because some of them contain a "Console-on-a-chip",
basically a really small circuit-board with the entire workings of the FamiCom on a single chip , this allows for really small casings ... like this guy who packed the entire NES into a cartridge
Would be cool though to buy one and make your own casing and games for it

It is kind of, but, it has a 16 bit sort of touch to the system, but its still a famiclone, it plays famiclone games so, its a famiclone
Yeah I seen that, or the one with the dude who shoved one into a controller and it works
Yeah that would be awesome, I would probably include every NES game available, so i would never get bored of it
OR an Atari console on a chip thing, that would be awesome too

Well you can find these on eBay, and import sites, also maybe some discount stores, highly doubt it though, but like I said, one of these in a box, would go for about $40 AUS, and I got mine for $5, without a box, so its really just luck.
Well, its got graphics of the Genesis, but, it sorta plays like 8-Bit, because of it playing Famiclone games, so its like 8/16 bit in 1..which I guess is good. Its got its own style of 16 bit, yet, the functionality of 8 bit.

So it sorta uses 2 buttons and gets all buggy if more than 4 sprites get in the same row? XD
Not counting the sound bugs when there's both music and two sound effects playing at the same time.
It reminds me of Mario All Star, the way you talk about it.

Well, not really, they are really just sport games, so the ball is a sprite, the character is one sprite, and just some background people clapping, thats an overstretched GIF file
Well, they have "realistic voice effects" more like BZZZROUNDZZZZZZ ONEEEEEEEZZZZBBBZZZZ
Mario all stars is way better than the sport games on the Digitron

I'm sure you recall how digitalized voices was disgusting on NES, back then. The digital voice from Mattel Electronic's Intellivision or Colecovision console sounded better, and it was older XD

Can't argue about the early technologies right? How I'd like to see computers with digitized voice NOT taken from a voicer or something, nowaday...
Even fighting games like Super Smash Bros relate to Mario and Luigi, even though many many more characters co-star in them. I guess if no SMB characters were in it, it would be called "Super Smash Triforce" or something, y'know...

Yeah, it is pretty cool, Well, its about...just a bit tinier than a real wii, the "digimotes" are the same size as real wiimotes.
