As suggested by here is the latest addition to the Color Spectrum series, Helga Sinclair.Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire is set in 1914. So in keeping with the attempted historical accuracy, Helga is showcasing outfits inspired by the styles of the early 1900's.
