Description
A quick tutorial on how to change the outline color of a base using Mac Paintbrush and Windows XP MS Paint.*It should be noted that I do not have nor do I use nor have I ever used Mac Paintbrush. As such this tutorial was made by doing a bit of research.

I think you know that: 2 xradical 4,666,666 = 0.06981317 or 16297.37358175 (very simple!)

It is essentially the exact same. If you look closely you'll see that I actually made that tutorial in MS Paint.

In that case you follow the exact same steps. The only difference is that some of the buttons will be in a different place on your screen (along the top)

Good tutorial! I'm sure this'll help others (: I'm not sure if this is the same as you're doing but I know a way to change the lineart/outline color.
Let's say you're lineart color is black and you wanted to change it blue. To change it you would put it on the eraser tool (the one below the free star-shaped crop symbol) Then for the colors you would choose black by left clicking and then the blue by right clicking (itd be like step three box, but instead of black>pink, it would be black>blue -black on top left and blue underneath right)
Then you hold right-click on your mouse as you erase! It will change any black lines to blue! I hope I explained that well enough. c:
