Description Some notes about alien infrastructure in Broken Yolk Galaxy. (I’m prone to misspelling in my handwriting, so keep that in mind)

Masakas are most comfortable in pillar mounds and pillar cities, but they’ll also carve dwellings into mountains, canyons, cliff faces and plateaus.

Most nedals like round things and places without sharp corners. Their advanced cities and buildings tend to be carefully built circular. More rural areas tends to be built less so.

Delorix have the most diverse styles of architecture. Anything from underground homes, greenhouse buildings and anything in between. They usually build with clay, stone bricks, and whatever other minerals available.

Smazles build hives of homes for each tribe, usually with a single large, ornate home for the leading matriarch/priestess. A notable feature of these hives are honeycomb-like cupboards full of their only food, ground-up surplus males preserved in aspic-like saliva. Yeah ... this is what happens when you blow up your home world without properly planning out how you’ll eat in your interstellar arks.

“Uplifted” zrai mostly live in nedal, or sometimes delorix infrastructure. Zrai living traditionally on their home world live in aquatic dens pre-made by larger digging creatures, which a zrai female can find and force away if she chooses to attract males and start her own family.

Awesome! I really like how detailed and unique the architecture and culture is for each species.

Thank you! I try to give a distinct theme for each species that makes them easy to tell apart while also being flexible enough vary among different cultures among the same species. I think I'm close to or at that point.
